Ms. Mendez, Lead Principal for Urban Concepts Mid Atlantic and International projects is responsible for project teams coordination and management of residential and commercial development projects. Her expertise includes Smart City planning, new construction, renovation, Interior Design, Due Diligence for Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions, Feasibility Studies and Historic Preservation.

A decades-long resident of the State of Virginia on the East Coast of the United States, Ingrid Mendez holds a Bachelor of Urban Planning & Architecture degree from the University of Maryland and an Executive MBA from Florida Metropolitan University (Formerly Tampa College).
